Hej/hi! I'm Kelly, a seasoned multi-disciplinary creative professional with expertise including (but not limited to) art direction and graphic design, branding, multi-platform campaigns, motion graphics, video production, illustration, print/digital publications and presentations.

I’m currently based in Vejle, Denmark with my 7-year-old son and husband (our reason for having moved abroad, as he landed a Product Designer position at LEGO), originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. In my recent working experience prior to the move, I spent a handful of years as Lead Designer at the in-house creative team of Northern California’s top public media organization (PBS/NPR affiliate) KQED, where I led a variety of campaign, branding, design, and video projects for diverse teams across the organization, hands-on in all stages of the creative process. Prior to that, I was a designer primarily on presentations and motion graphics for Duarte, known as the leader in the presentation space, where I collaborated on story and visuals for large-scale conferences like Apple’s WWDC and Salesforce Dreamforce. 

I love working with my hands in some way even when not designing for work – be it making personal art, crafts, sewing, or playing music. I’m actively working toward Danish proficiency in sprogskole (currently at module 3.4), and independently studying Spanish. I also enjoy spending time outdoors (as Danish weather allows) and traveling to explore new places with my family.
